I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service that I have gotten from your company this week. I was referred to you from the Parker Hannifin customer service. I dealt with Jesse Blow over the phone who quickly made a quote (for name brand and a cheaper off-brand) and got the order in, and Mark Frye who hand delivered the parts. They were both incredibly friendly and your company worked so fast. I was so pleased with the service. I even got a call from the office confirming that I got everything I needed. It was a wonderful experience.

I went to another hose company to get a 22" 1/2' with male JIC fitting and was charged $51.82 ! I called B&B and got a price of about $22.00 for same hose. The other day I had to get 2 - 17" hoses for my Bobcat made and the bill was $42.19 yes I got " Hosed " at the “other” hose shop, and will never be back ever. Andy in back took the time to get a power steering hose for my 91 Dodge made by reusing the metal tubing and get me back on the road when NONE of the hoses from 3 different Auto parts store where the wrong part he took the time and made it right.

After going to the competition, and waiting almost two months and they still did not have what I needed, a co-worker told me to try this B&B. To my amazement the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and I had the fittings and the hose I needed in about 15 minutes, which they made in store! I will gladly return when I need any sort of hose or fitting.
